Brisk temperatures and gusty winds were predicted for the Maine southern coastal region. Cold immersion experts recommend practicing immersion at this temperature without submerging your entire body. I don’t feel like I’ve put in enough effort without a complete immersion. It’s difficult to keep a straight face at this temperature.
The transformative experience takes place when you find your way in pretty much immediately. Recommendations: Once again, make sure you are not alone and that you have a plan. Know how you are going to get warm again.
