Today I tried Wim Hof’s push up routine

Hof has a push-up recipe
What it’s like?
The idea is do the Wim Hof breath exercises: These require slow and deep breathing. Take deep belly breaths as deeply as you can. Complete an intense inhale with each breath, but don’t focus on fully exhaling . At the same time, be still for 40 or so breaths, and then exhale completely before doing push-ups.

Wim Hof explains in his app, Which is called WHM, that this is a different procedure than regular push-ups, and you should be able to do quite a few more then your usual amount. My performance was improved from yesterday, but not super dramatically; four more push-ups, so 19 instead of 15. I know: spaghetti arms.
So, do I recommend the Wim Hof push-up method? yes I do if you have the time takes a couple minutes longer cause you gotta do the deep breathing exercise, but it does seem to have a positive influence
